Rocky Raccoon is a good friend of Peter Puffin. They like to swim in the lake and play guitar. Last time Rocky was out on the lake, his canoe tipped over. Chelsea just happened to be walking by and called 9-1-1 for help. Rocky is a little absent-minded sometimes. It's a good thing that he has friends like Chelsea and Danielle Deer who watch over him.
